No. You pay a one-time setup fee per employee, which covers their workstation and equipment, then one monthly fee. There are no separate hiring charges.
We replace them at no extra cost. If a hire isn’t working out, or someone moves on, we recruit again, and you interview and choose, just like the first time.
Like anyone else on your team. They work your hours, in your email, phone, and tools, and join your meetings and stand-ups. You manage the work, and you can track their hours and tasks in the RE Portal.
Your hire works on equipment we provide, over secure networks, in offices we run. You set their logins and permissions in your own systems, and you can remove access whenever you need to.
Most staffing agencies find a candidate, charge a placement fee, and step away. Payroll, benefits, and replacing them become your job.
We recruit and screen too, but there’s no placement fee, and we stay the employer. If a hire doesn’t work out, we replace them at no extra cost.
You pay one invoice at the end of the month, by bank transfer or credit card. We run payroll, so your hire is a real employee, not a contractor or freelancer.
